Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Ashburn Pole Buildings website and the tools on it, including the Barn Builder. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Who we are

Estimates are not quotes
Any price, price range, or estimate we share before your formal written quote, on this website, by phone, or by email, is provided for budgeting purposes only. It's an informational estimate, not an offer, a quote, or a binding contract, and it may exclude items such as site work, permits, delivery, and conditions specific to your property.
Custom buildings are priced after we understand your project. A binding price is established only in a formal written quote that we prepare following a free on-site consultation, and any project proceeds only under a separate signed agreement. Nothing on this site creates a contract to build or a commitment to any price.
Using the Barn Builder
The Barn Builder is a planning tool. It helps you picture a building and put together a design to bring to your detailed quote. It does not show prices. The images, dimensions, options, and figures it shows are illustrative and approximate; they aren't a promise of exact appearance, specification, availability, or price. Your actual building is confirmed in your written quote and signed agreement.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems;
- Copy, scrape, or harvest content or data from the site except as expressly allowed;
- Submit false information or someone else’s information without permission; or
- Use the site to infringe anyone’s rights.
Intellectual property
The site and its content (text, graphics, logos, photographs, the Barn Builder interface, and its design) are owned by Ashburn Pole Buildings or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. The Ashburn Pole Buildings name and logo are our trademarks. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use in planning a project with us. You may not otherwise reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the content without our written permission.
Third-party links
The site may link to third-party websites or services (for example, a financing partner or a map provider). We do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices. Following those links is at your own risk, and their terms and privacy policies apply.
Disclaimer of warranties
The website is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind regarding the website, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. This disclaimer applies to the website only; it does not affect any workmanship warranty we provide in a signed building agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ashburn Pole Buildings will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the website.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the website will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). This limit applies to the website only. It does not limit our obligations under a signed building agreement, and it does not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, personal injury, or death caused by negligence. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ashburn Pole Buildings, and its owners, employees, and contractors, against any third-party claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of someone else’s rights. This is limited to your use of the website; it does not extend to the construction work itself, which is governed by your signed building agreement.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute relating to the website will be handled in the courts located in Delaware.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
