The Process
Here's exactly how a build goes, from the first call to the day we walk the finished building with you. No mystery, no going quiet, no surprises we could have told you about up front.
The stages of your build
- 01
Within 1 business day
You reach out
Call, or send the detailed-quote form. We get back to you within one business day, weekends included, to ask a few questions and set up a visit.
- 02
At your place
A free on-site visit
We come to your land, look at access, drainage, and where the building should sit, and talk through what you're trying to do. This is free, and there's no obligation.
- 03
After the visit
Your detailed quote
You get an itemised quote that shows what's included and what isn't, so you can budget with real numbers instead of a guess.
- 04
Before we start
Design and permits
We finalise the plan with you and handle the permitting. You'll approve the drawings before anything is ordered.
- 05
Before we break ground
We schedule the trades
Concrete, framing, electric, and the rest are booked before the first post goes in, so your build doesn't sit half-finished waiting on someone.
- 06
Throughout
The build
You'll have named contacts with real cell numbers and hear from us at each stage. If something changes, we tell you first.
- 07
At the end
Walkthrough and after
We walk the finished building with you. If something isn't right, we come back and make it right.
What’s included, and what isn’t
A five-figure building goes sideways when the site work is a surprise. So we name it up front. Here's what's usually in your quote, and what depends on your particular piece of land.
In your quote
Priced up front- The building, framing, and roof
- Doors, windows, and the options you choose
- Permitting and drawings for the structure
- The concrete, when it's in scope
Depends on your site
We’ll flag it- Clearing, grading, and fill for a level pad
- Long runs for power or water to the site
- Stormwater or entrance requirements on some parcels
- Anything a specific county or HOA adds
Real numbers only ever come from a quote after we've seen the site. This is a map of the scope, not a price.
When to build
Post-frame goes up in the cold just fine. Order in the fall, build through the winter, and you’re using the building by spring. We’ll tell you honestly if weather is likely to move a date, but we won’t invent a deadline to rush you. A five-figure building is worth getting right, not fast.
Before you ask
Ready when you're
Start with a detailed quote, and we’ll take it from there, at your pace. The quote is free and there’s no obligation.
